In this research, the mediating effect of perceived organizational support in relationship between ethical climate and turnover intention is examined. The sample group of the research consists of 161 private sector employees in Ankara. As data collection tool; an online questionnaire including Ethical Climate Scale, Perceived Organizational Support Scale and Turnover Intention Scale were used. In the data analysis process, partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) was preferred and SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS 3.2.8 programs were used. As a result of the examination, there exists some findings which support the research model for the relationships between ethical climate, perceived organizational support and turnover intention. According to this; it has been revealed that perceived organizational support has a partial mediator role in relationship between ethical climate and turnover intention. The results of the research were evaluated within the framework of the related literature and some suggestions were made.
