Türkiye’de Yaşayan İranlı Sığınmacı ve Mülteci Kadınlarda Kaygı Düzeyi ve Kaygıyı Etkileyen Faktörler
Özet
For different reasons in the world, individuals leave their lives and settle in different places and countries. This situation is defined as migration. One of the most significant cases of migration in the last decades is the rise of female migration. Women groups are in the most vulnerable affected by the migration. Specific care is paid to the special needs of women, who are forced to migrate due to the crisis in their own countries. The different ways of life in the migrated social environment, the difficult conditions in terms of economic and working conditions, the language barrier and the adaptation problems that occur together affect the mental health of these women in a negative way. To protect and improve mental health of migrated women, it is vital to evaluate women as risky groups with priority and to realize multi-faceted initiatives to address the needs. Recent studies in the field of migration have considered the female factor in a framework that accepts the man's decisions and fills the results of these decisions until recently. The change in global migration and the rapid increase in the number of women migrating make it compulsory to work with a gender-centered approach.
