Özet
The subject of the image, which is deeply studied in the field of art, is actually a phenomenon used unconsciously in all its vital activities. Therefore, the image within the scope of this study; not only in the field of art but also with the help of general definitions and semantics.
When we look at the different art definitions that have been made for centuries, it has been concluded that the image, in general, is thought to be a simulated or a simulation and is the reflection of the original. Therefore, in order to define the image, the reflection theory is need to explored in the context of the image is the reflection of the original.
Within the scope of the researches that constitute this study report, besides the artistic activities that process the concept of image, it has been revealed that the learning process of the people is an important factor and this process has been investigated. The reflections of the subjects acquired from daily life on the artistic activities were examined on the related works and it was stated that the way in which the image was handled differed especially in the twentieth century. In addition, the performances of the acquired information from different angles were interpreted using photographs, ceramics, glass and mixed materials. In particular, it has been concluded that the images created through the rhetorical influences on the learning process have changed to the present day, which may aim to provide a more specific social consciousness to the students who receive art education.
