Farklı Açılanmalara Sahip İmplant Tarama Gövdelerine Yapılan Modifikasyonların Farklı Yazılımlar Kullanılarak Eşlenmesinin Dijital Ölçü Doğruluğuna Etkisi: İn Vitro Çalışma
Özet
BİLGİN D. The Effect Of Matching Different Angulated and Modified Scanbodies On Digital Impression Accuracy Using Different Software: An In Vitro Study, Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry, Speciality Thesis in Prosthodontics, Ankara, 2023. There are not enough study in the literature examining the effect of matching modified implant scanbody with different software on scanning trueness. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the trueness of scanning files obtained after matching scanbodies with different modifications and angulation using different software programs. In this study, scanbodies were placed at angulated and straight positions. Unmodified(M0), additive(M+) and subtractive modifications (M-) groups were created. Library data of scanbodies matched with scanning data using Exocad and Medit Link software. The experimental scanning files were superimposed with reference scanning files using reverse engineering software. Linear and angular deviations between the two scans were calculated. R4.3.1 (R Development Core Team, 2023) and SPSS version 23 (SPSS Inc) package programs were used for statistical analysis. The normality assumption of numerical variables was examined using the Shapiro-Wilk goodness-of-fit test. Among the modifications applied to scanbodies, the group that created the highest angular and linear deviation is the M- group while the M0 group has the least deviation. When the software programs used for scanbody matching were compared, scans matched with Medit Link and Exocad showed less angular deviation compared to the scans matched only with Exocad. Angulated or straight scanbodies did not create a significant difference in angular and linear deviations (p>0.005). When the positions of scanbodies were compared, scanbody No. 27 was more prone to linear deviation than scanbody No. 25, but considering angular deviation, scanbody No. 25 had more deviation.
