In social life, which has evolved since the existence of humanity, today's understanding of the concept of work is based on the industrial revolution. In the globalizing world with the inventions that emerged after the industrial revolution, developments in technology and digital fields have accelerated data production and sharing. With the transition to the information society, the way of working has changed. Knowledge workers who work with mental power have begun to direct working life. New generations of workplaces and new working models that can be worked remotely have emerged. The global pandemic (Covid19) declared by the World Health Organization in 2019 can be considered one of the important milestones for working life. The period of working from home during the social isolation period has brought to light new expectations for employees and employers. It has accelerated people's adaptation to digital life. Hybrid working system, which is seen as a system that provides solutions to these expectations in the post-pandemic period, has entered the agenda of the business economy and working life. The flexible and mobile structure of the hybrid working system, which combines face-to- face working in fixed offices and remote working, increases the motivation and productivity of employees.
In this context, the hybridization journey of working life, from the period that started with globalization to the present day, has been examined through the transformations in the ways of using time and space. Based on the data obtained through literature research, a model proposal for the future of hybrid work has been proposed for the future and continuity of work.
