Mindfulness is a state of awareness based on directing attention completely to the present moment and accepting the experiences as they are, without judgment. Recent studies have drawn attention to the positive results of mindfulness, such as an increase in emotional, psychological, and social well-being, and a decrease in stress, depression, and anxiety levels. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship of mindfulness with perceived stress in the workplace, employee well-being, and turnover intention and also aims to test the mediating effect of perceived stress on these relationships.. The data of the study were collected from 205 full-time working employees questionnaire via a survey questionnaire consisting of a demographic information form, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14), Mindful Attention Awareness Scale – MAAS, The Intention to Leave the Work Scale and Employee Well-Being Scale. The hypotheses of the study were tested using SPSS and AMOS. The findings revealed that as mindfulness increases, the perceived stress levels of the employees decrease, and the well-being of the employees increases. The findings also confirmed the negative association between mindfulness and employees' turnover intentions. Furthermore, the findings supported the mediating role of perceived stress in the relationship between the employee's mindfulness level and their turnover intention and the relationship between the employee's mindfulness level and well-being. The findings were discussed and suggestions were made for managers and human resources professionals.
