The aim of this study is to examine the effects of serial mediation on the relationships among mobbing, organizational cynicism, job satisfaction and turnover intention on disabled individuals working in the private and state sectors. Within this context, the sample of the study was composed of 184 individuals with disabilities working in various professional groups in the public and private sectors. Convenience sampling and snow ball sampling methods were used in the selection of the sample and the data were collected by the survey method. Firstly, the suitability of the model was tested by confirmatory factor analysis. As a result of the fit measures, the model was found to be suitable for the sampling and all the factors were found to be statistically significant. Internal consistency coefficients of the scales respectively were α = .84 for the Negative Acts Questionnaire, α = .86 for the Organizational Cynicism Scale, α = .93 for the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, and α = .87 for the Turnover Intention Scale. In addition, as a result of serial multiple mediation analysis, the serial mediation effect of organizational cynicism and job satisfaction between mobbing and turnover intention was found to be significant. When indirect effects were examined, it was found that organizational cynicism is a significant mediator between mobbing and turnover intention. The other significant indirect effect is the effect of mobbing on turnover intention by mediator of job satisfaction. From this point of view, it can be said that as the mobbing towards the disabled workers increases, the level of organizational cynicism increases and then the job satisfaction decreases and accordingly the turnover intention increases. This study sheds light on the fact that while the employment problems of the disabled people have continued, also the problems after employment have continued incrementally. The study is important to emphasize the necessary precautions.
