Esnek Uzaysal Mekanizmaların Tasarımı ve Sonlu Elemanlar Yöntemi ile Analizi
Abstract
Compliant mechanisms have recently been come into prominence and have been used very often in practical applications owing to their various advantages. Nevertheless there are very few studies and data in the literature regarding the spatial compliant mechanisms which can generate out-of-plane motions. The compliant mechanisms described in this thesis focus on entirely distinct and unique mechanisms which have never been addressed in the literature before. In this study analysis of the compliant mechanisms whose lengths are determined by the pseudo-rigid-body model are carried out with the finite element method (FEM). Reaction forces, reaction moments, stress and deformations that occur on flexible segments as a result of the motion of the mechanisms are identified by the finite element method. Mechanisms have been solved in 3-D with ANSYS Workbench version 14.5 using the non-linear calculation method.
