Moleküler Zincir Taşıyan Monodispers Partiküllerin Sentezi ve Biyoteknolojik Uygulamaları
Abstract
In this study, reactive novel column materials with monodisperse-macroporous structure in hydrogel form were developed for High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) using living controlled polimerization technique, Atom Transfer Radical Polimerization (ATRP). Polymeric hydrogels, that have chloro-propyl group were synthesized by a multi-step microsuspension polymerization method, were converted to a strong cation exchanger that includes poly(SPM)(poly(sulfopropyl methacrylate)) using Atom Transfer Radical Polimerization (ATRP) technique. Morphological properties of particles were investigated by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)particles. The surface area of particles was determined using BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) method as 59.97 m2 g.Theligand content of synthesized particals with5,2 µmdiameters was determined by potentiometric titration method as 0,43g poly(SPM) g dry particles.
