Poli (Akrilat) Bazlı Reaktif Sabit Fazların Geliştirilmesi ve Mikro-Sıvı Kromatografisi Sisteminde Kromatografik Performanslarının Tanımlanması
Abstract
In the scope of thesis, monodisperse-porous particle based new stationary phases were synthesized for using in micro liquid chromatography in HILIC mode. Poly(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate), poly(HPMA-Cl-co-EDMA) was proposed as a new starting material for the synthesis of stationary phases. Monodisperse-porous poly(HPMA-Cl-co-EDMA) beads were synthesized by a new multistage-microsuspension polymerization technique. In the selected method, HPMA-Cl was copolymerized with a crosslinking agent (ethylene dimethacrylate (EDMA)) to form monodisperse porous polyacrylate based particles having reactive chloropropyl moiety. In the synthesis runs, poly(HPMA-Cl-co-EDMA) particles with different size and porous properties were obtained by changing monomer phase composition in the microsuspension polymerization. The size distribution and the surface morphology of particles were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
