Susuz Köyü (Çubuk - Ankara) ve Yakın Çevresinin Kaya Düşme Potansiyelinin Araştırılması
Abstract
Rockfall is a dangerous slope instability problem encountered in roads, railways and settlements in mountainous areas. Considering this fact, rockfall map of the site, where Susuz Village of Çubuk District of Ankara Province is located and where rockfall events occur frequently, was prepared. For this purpose, Digitial Elevation Model (DEM) of Susuz Village and surrounding areas was prepared and potentially dangerous rockfall run out zone, energy and velocity maps were created by using concept of energy angle and shadow energy angle for Susuz Village. By using maps for rockfall events; range distance, energy and velocity values were interpretted and rockfall prevention structures to be considered for Susuz Village were discussed. For the purpose, firstly, source area that may cause rockfall was identified and then areas that may be affected from rockfall for different conical angles were distinguished by using CONEFALL software.
