| dc.description.abstract | Washing machine is obviously one of the indispensable elements of today s home life. It is also an important point for the consumers that the ratio of price performance of a washing machine is good. Producing a washing machine with a high price performance ratio in the current competitive market is a compelling factor for the manufacturers.This thesis consists of the studies that are conducted within SANTEZ (no. 01212. STZ.2012-1) project which was in collaboration with Arcelik A.S. C.M.I. R D. It firstly focuses on the control theory, later shows the results obtained from the experiments which were conducted by respectively analysing each sensor used within this project. The rest of the thesis deals with the auxiliary simulations which are used for the preliminary and detailed designs.A composite design was obtained by assembling pressure, temperature, conductivity and turbidity sensors which are still used in today s washing machine. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Günümüz ev hayatının vazgeçilmez unsurlarından birisi olan çamaşır makinesinin insanlara sağladığı kolaylık aşikardır. Bunun yanı sıra tüketici tarafından bakıldığında, satın alınacak çamaşır makinesinin fiyat performans oranının iyi olması istenilen bir özelliktir. Piyasadaki mevcut rekabet koşullarında yüksek fiyat performans oranlı makine üretmek, üreticiler için zorlayıcı bir unsurdur.Arçelik A.Ş. Ç.M.İ. Ar-Ge ile birlikte yürütülen 01212.STZ.2012-1 nolu SANTEZ projesi kapsamında yapılmış olan çalışmalardan oluşan bu yüksek lisans tezinde ilk olarak kontrol teorisi ne yer verilmiştir. Ardından, projede kullanılan tüm sensörler sırasıyla irdelenerek deneylerde elde edilen sonuçlarla birlikte okuyucuya aktarılmıştır. Daha sonraki kısımlarda ise ön tasarım ve detay tasarıma yardımcı olarak kullanılan simülasyonlardan bahsedilmiştir.Mevcut çamaşır makinelerinde kullanımda bulunan; basınç, sıcaklık, iletkenlik ve bulanıklık sensörlerinin tümü bir araya toplanarak kompozit bir tasarım elde edilmiştir. | tr_TR |
