This thesis consists of the design and production of single-element and MIMO antennas in 28 GHz - 38 GHz frequency bands for 5G mobile applications. First of all, rectangular patch antenna was designed with a slot. This patch resonates at the both 28 GHz and 38 GHz frequencies. This antenna has linear polarization for both frequencies. Then, the circular patch antennas with circular polarization were designed separately for the single-element 28 GHz and 38 GHz bands. Finally, a 4-Way Wilkinson RF Power Divider was designed to create MIMO structures. 4x4 MIMO antennas for the 28 GHz and 38 GHz bands were designed by using the circular patches designed in the previous stage. 10mil thickness (0.254 mm) RT/Duroid 6002 material was used as the substrate material in the antenna designs. The CST Studio Suite program was used as a simulation tool in antenna designs. The designed antennas were produced in two different ways with LPKF and chemical etching techniques. The S-parameters and 3-Dimensional radiation patterns of the manufactured antennas were measured with using the 2.4 RF Jack Connector. Measurement and simulation results were compared.
