Biyofiziksel ve Biyokimyasal Uyaranlarla Desteklenmiş Doku İskeleleri ile Mezenkimal Kök Hücrelerin Osteojenik Farklılaşmasının İncelenmesi
Özet
The aim of this study is to investigate the osteogenic differentiation potential of mesenchymal stem cells in the presence of biophysical and biochemical stimulants by using different biomaterials. For this purpose, photostimulation studies were carried out with chitosan scaffolds, while electrostimulation studies were realized by the use of silk biomaterials.Chitosan scaffolds, which were used in photostimulation studies, were fabricated by lyophilization technique. Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells (AdMSCs), which were isolated from rats, were cultured on TCPS surfaces and chitosan scaffolds for 28 days. Photostimulation studies were carried out by using a plasma arc source including 590-1395 nm wavelengths and cells were exposed to light every other day. For TCPS surfaces, exposure distance was 10 cm and exposure time was 5 min, while exposure distance and time were determined as 10 cm and 5 min, respectively for chitosan scaffolds.
