İlaç Salımı İçin Moleküler Baskılanmış Kriyojel Membranlar
Abstract
The aim of the controlled drug delivery is to release drug with a therapeutic dose to the defined part of the body. Besides that, decreasing the side effects, providing a minimum dose usage and prolonging the pharmacological effect of the drug are the other purposes. Molecular imprinting is a technology based on the three dimensional interactions of functional monomer and cross-linker around the template molecule. The number of studies and patents on development and application of molecular imprinted drug release systems are gradually increasing because they actualize slow therapeutic drug release; strengthen the loading capacity; actualize the therapeutic release depending on environmental aspects; enantioselective or eutomer release. Cryogels are partially frozen gel matrices which are being prepared with the monomer or polymer solutions. They can be used at drug release systems with their macropore structure and thus fast swelling kinetics.
