Nanopartiküller ile Modifiye Edilmiş Karbon Elektrotlarla Elektrokimyasal Tanı
Abstract
In this study, new surfaces for pencil graphite electrodes with high stability, high surface area and highly catalytic activity were developed by coating them firstly with polydopamine, then with gold and silver nanoparticles. Electrodes developed for sensor applications were allowed electrochemical analysis for some active ingredients, especially the one plays an important role for brain functions in humans and animals, a neurochemical drug dopamine, was investigated. differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) and square-wave stripping voltammetric (SWV) methods were developed to its direct determination in pharmaceutical preparations and biological samples including human serum and human urine. Developed methods for the determination of DA was validated.Linear working concentration range for DPV method was evaluated between 4,0×10-7M - 7,6×10-6 M and for SWV was evaluated between 4,0×10-7 M - 6,0×10-6 M.
