| dc.description.abstract | The digital transformation process is propelling companies to rethink the way they do business. Digitization has led to changes in project management as well as in all business areas. Today's project managers need to digitize their teams and project management processes to stay competitive and deliver faster than ever before. The main purpose of this study is to prioritize the factors needed for digital transformation in project management processes, taking into account the innovations brought by Industry 4.0-based digital transformation technologies for project managers. For this purpose, a comprehensive Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) application is presented in which Fuzzy Delphi, Hesitant Fuzzy SWARA, and Fuzzy PROMETHEE methods are integrated within the framework of research analysis. First of all, 23 project management success criteria were obtained as a result of the literature research. With the fuzzy Delphi method, 21 of these 23 criteria were determined as evaluation criteria. Afterward, the relative importance weights of the evaluation criteria were calculated using the Hesitant Fuzzy SWARA method. Finally, 21 potential success criteria, whose weights were determined by the Fuzzy PROMETHEE method, and 12 project alternatives related to Industry 4.0 technologies were sorted. | tr_TR |

| dc.description.ozet | Dijital dönüşüm süreci şirketlerin iş yapma şekillerini yeniden düşünmelerine yol açmaktadır. Dijitalleşme tüm iş alanlarında olduğu gibi proje yönetiminde de değişikliklere yol açmıştır. Günümüzün proje yöneticileri, ekiplerini ve proje yönetim süreçlerini, rekabet edebilmek ve her zamankinden daha hızlı bir şekilde teslimat yapabilmek için, dijital ortama taşımaları gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Endüstri 4.0 temelli dijital dönüşüm teknolojilerinin, proje yöneticileri için getirdiği yenilikleri göz önünde bulundurarak, proje yönetimi süreçlerinde dijital dönüşüm için ihtiyaç duyulan faktörler üzerinde önceliklendirme yapmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, araştırma analizleri çerçevesinde Bulanık Delphi, Tereddütlü Bulanık SWARA ve Bulanık PROMETHEE yöntemlerinin entegre edildiği kapsamlı bir Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) uygulaması sunulmaktadır. Öncelikle, literatür araştırması sonucu 23 adet proje yönetimi başarı kriteri elde edilmiştir. Bulanık Delphi yöntemi ile bu 23 kriterden 21’i değerlendirme kriteri olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonrasında, Tereddütlü Bulanık SWARA yöntemi ile değerlendirme kriterlerinin göreli önem ağırlıkları hesaplanmıştır. Son olarak, Bulanık PROMETHEE yöntemi ile ağırlıkları belirlenmiş 21 adet potansiyel başarı kriteri ile Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileri ile ilişkili 12 adet proje alternatifi sıralanmıştır. | tr_TR |
