The digital transformation process is propelling companies to rethink the way they do business. Digitization has led to changes in project management as well as in all business areas. Today's project managers need to digitize their teams and project management processes to stay competitive and deliver faster than ever before. The main purpose of this study is to prioritize the factors needed for digital transformation in project management processes, taking into account the innovations brought by Industry 4.0-based digital transformation technologies for project managers. For this purpose, a comprehensive Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) application is presented in which Fuzzy Delphi, Hesitant Fuzzy SWARA, and Fuzzy PROMETHEE methods are integrated within the framework of research analysis. First of all, 23 project management success criteria were obtained as a result of the literature research. With the fuzzy Delphi method, 21 of these 23 criteria were determined as evaluation criteria. Afterward, the relative importance weights of the evaluation criteria were calculated using the Hesitant Fuzzy SWARA method. Finally, 21 potential success criteria, whose weights were determined by the Fuzzy PROMETHEE method, and 12 project alternatives related to Industry 4.0 technologies were sorted.
