Sosyal Hizmet Uzmanlarının Sorun Çözme Becerileri Üzerine Bir Araştırma
Özet
In this study, socio-demographic and social life properties of social workers, properties related to vocational training and working life; the relationship between these characteristics and Social Problem Solving Inventory results; levels of social problem solving skills of social workers is discussed. In this study discussed the relational screening model, the specified 87 social workers, from 1803 social workers in Turkey are members of the Social Workers Association, has been reached through unmeasured element sampling method through which they have an equal chance of being selected all the elements in the universe. The information’s were collected through sending “online survey” to association members via e- mail group of Social Workers Association. Considering the average scores from Social Problem Solving Inventory, the success of social workers in problem orientation 66,5 %; in problem-solving skills 68,49 % and overall social problem solving skills 67,64 % was found.
