Multiculturalism is a widely popular issue in the discussions of many academic areas such as education, culture, art, politics and linguistics. The problem with multiculturalism is that there is not one single definition encompassing all the meanings attributed to the term. This means that there are various conflicting approaches and definitions on multiculturalism. At that point, it is possible to talk about the issue of multiculturalisms not just multiculturalism. One important question about multiculturalism is on the political aspect of it. Unlike the variety of approaches to multiculturalism, the political reflection of it is a neglected issue. There are very few theorists thinking on the political aspect of multiculturalism. Will Kymlicka having many works on multiculturalism is a significant one of them.
