The change that developing communication technologies creates to time and space, increases cultural sharing. This situation with the effect of the globalization results in debating over the culture in the axis of local global. Especially daily cultural subjects and popular cultural products give chance to culture to spread with the effect of globalization. Within this direction this thesis is based on that the local cultures will not disappear against the global culture and with having some changes they will remain. This claim is examined via cinema, which is an important communications tool for spreading the culture. Despite of the genre and subject of the cinema, which is a part of national values and culture and with serving culture to be globalized, is an area where local cultures show themselves on the global arena.
