Tolstoy'un Düşüncesinde Anarşist Temalar

Abstract

Tolstoy is considered as an anarchist thinker by several sources. By the beginning of certain period of his life, Tolstoy left aside his literary identity and wrapped himself up in a thinker and philosopher identity, having rare and genuine ideas. With his proposals addressing political problems, it can be said both that Tolstoy has some common principles with the anarchist thought and at the same time advocates certain approaches that are necessarily rejected by some anarchist thinkers. In order to determine whether he is an anarchist thinker or not, common points of all approaches regarded in anarchism tradition and anarchist themes in Tolstoy s idea should be conveyed. To this end, present thesis firstly focuses on general perspective of anarchism ideology.
