| dc.description.abstract | Epistemologically, philosophy of technology is among the new branches of science, and Martin Heidegger is considered as one of the founders of this field of study. Heidegger has become crucial in the field of questioning technology by handling existence by using hermeneutical-phenomenological methodology. Heidegger has valued technology in order to find the truth and towards the truth like development and emergence.Drawing upon ideas of Aristotle, Heidegger examines the symbol of potentiality reflecting the possibility of becoming actual. | dc.description.ozet | Teknoloji felsefesi epistemolojik olarak çağımızın genç bilim dalları arasındadır. Martin Heidegger de bu alanın önemli kurucularından sayılmaktadır. Varlık meselesini hermeneutik-fenomenolojik bir yöntemle ele alması, Heidegger’i teknolojiye dair soruşturması üzerinde de belirleyici olmuştur. Heidegger; teknolojiyi hakikat’i bulmak ve hakikate doğru gitmek çerçevesinde bir inkişaf ve zuhur ediş olarak değerlendirir. Heidegger, potansiyel olanın aktüel bir konuma dönüşmenin simgesini Aristoteles düşüncesi üzerinden inceler. Bu çerçevede Heidegger, teknolojinin kurtarıcı bir yönü olup olamayacağı sorusunu araştırmasına dahil eder.Heidegger, özne merkezli ve Kartezyen bilim anlayışı karşısında oldukça köklü bir eleştiri getirir.
