Öncülleri ve Sonuçları İle Psikolojik Sermaye: Sağlık Çalışanları Üzerine Bir Araştırma
Abstract
Psychological capital is a very vital concept for the organizations in order to attain sustainable competitive advantage and reach organizational goals by using human resources effectively. This study handles the position of psychological capital in center and then investigates both individual and organizational variables, which trigger psychological capital and also examines the outcome variables, which psychological capital affects, in the context of an integrated model. It is expected that emotional intelligence as an individual variable and perceived organizational support as an organizational variable can stimulate psychological capital to flourish and psychological capital may affect outcome variables such as organizational commitment, individual performance, and burnout. These six variables have been analyzed within an integrated model by using a sample of 463 health workers that is composed of doctors and nurses, which work as a team and have high role dependency.
