Eko Oteller'den Hizmet Satın Alma Niyetinde Tüketici Etik İnançları İle Sorumlu Turist Davranışının Etkileri
Abstract
In our contemporary world, the rise of the concept of sustainability has added to the weight of the issues like conservation of natural and cultural environment and protection of local life. Changes take place in tourist behaviour as well, and the responsible tourist behaviour becomes more widespread, which, in turn, creates a need for more research in the area of responsible tourist behaviour. Thus, in an attempt to contribute to the related literature, the purpose of this study is to assess the effects of, on one hand the ethical beliefs of consumers on responsible tourist behaviour, and on the other, effects of responsible tourist behaviour on service purchase intentions regarding eco-hotels. The research query and hypothesis of the study have been designed within the framework of these objectives and the related model has been developed. In order to test the hypothesis and the query question the questionnaire method was used as the main data collection technique.
