Örgütsel Adalet Algısının Tükenmişlik Üzerindeki Etkisini Belirlemeye Yönelik Bir Araştırma
Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizationaljustice dimensions on burnout dimensions. For this purpose, organizationaljustice were taken three dimensions as distributive, procedural, interactionaljustice. Burnout were taken three dimensions as emotional exhaustion,depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment.The study was conducted with 250 employees working for a public organizationin Ankara. The structural regression model which is a kind of structural equationmodel was set and path analysis conducted to determine direct effects betweenvariables.Research findings has indicated that distributive justice has a negative impacton depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, procedural justicehas a negative effect on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,interactional justice has a negative effect on reduced personal accomplishment.
