Abstract
In a business world where there is fast competition and high risk and where technology advances each passing day; thus creating high uncertainty, maintaining market share has become the biggest problem for the management of the organization. To overcome this problem, human capital has gained importance. Therefore, in a rapidly changing business environment it has become vital for employees to trust and commit to the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of employees perception of leadership style on their organizational commitment and to test the mediating role of trust in the organization.
