Abstract

There have always been many hegemony fights between the communities during thehistory. But this fight may gain a meaning where the powerful one beats and even,attempt to destroy the weak in communities in which democracy has not completelysettled. When the intolerance that the domestic groups feed over the weak ones getsintense, horrible sceneries should arise. For weak groups, continuation of their owncultures, seeking the justice, demanding their rights, reproduction, and even breathingsometimes depend on the humor and consent of the domestic groups.Cities are the places where the cosmopolite human grups live together such groupconflictions occur most evidently because they are not homogeneous formations whenconsidered in the manner of hosted human groups.
