Abstract

In this study, beginning from the history of the communities improvement, relation and identity concepts process is surveyed about their transformation, to supply the standing in life practices, which are seen the basics for cognition s operability. In present day s last stage about this transformation, new regulations which are brought into force for standing the capitalizm existence , formed the hesitant debate setting. In this last stage ,both placeness definition, which is transformed the relation concept ,and two different group s inferences is explained with their negation and affirmation about this concept.
