In this research, child journal published by child protection institution from 1936 to 1948 will be examinated. Prior to this, the steps taken by the state and individuals in the protection of the child from the Ottoman period to republican period will be discussed. After this topic, ‘Child’ magazine that is basic topic of this research will be focused in general. In last part, taking into account the country’s conjunctor, the institution’s children’s policy will be examined from a political and social perspective. To understand adaptation between child policy of the state and child policy of child protection institution, data that is collected will be analyzed and eximined.
