Polianilin ve Kloro Sülfolanmış Polietilenden Tabakalı Kaplama Yolu İle İnce Film Oluşturulması ve Radyasyonla Başlatılan İletkenliğin İncelenmesi
Abstract
In this study, layer-by-layer assembled thin films were prepared with a number of 10 and 20 bilayers onto ITO coated PET surface with polyaniline-base and chloro sulfonated polyethylene (CSPE). Thickness of the films were measured by ellipsometer and obtained as 12 2 nm and 29 3 nm respectively. Prepared 10 and 20 bilayered films were irradiated with various doses up to 100 kGy. With irradiation, acidic groups were removed from chloro sulfonated polyethylene in order to provide insulated form of polyaniline-base doping. Electrical conductivity of the films were measured by four-probe technique and it was investigated that conductivity increased with an increase in dose. The most significant conductivity increase was observed in 50 kGy irradiated films. The least conductivity value (without radiation) was found to be as 1x10-8 S cm (10 bilayer film), and the highest conductivity value (100 kGy irradiated) was found to be as 1,4x10-4 S cm (20 bilayer film).
