Poli(D,L-Laktik Asit-Ko-Serin-Nh2) Kopolimerinin Sentezi Ve Karakterizasyonu
Abstract
In this thesis,amine side groups carrying polyester copolymer of poly(d,l-lactic acid-co-serin-NH2)(PLA-SERAm) was synthesized. The synthesis of PLA-SERAm copolymers were carried out into the two stages chemical study. First, poly(lactic acid-co-boc-d-serine)(PLA-SER) copolymers were synthesized by condensation polymerization using lactic acid and N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-d-serine (N-boc-d-serin, boc-serin), as monomers. The second stage of this study was the synthesis of poly(d,l-lactic acid-co-serine-NH2) (PLA-SERAm) copolymers which were achieved by the nitrolysis of ter-butoxy carbonyl of boc-serine repeating unites of PLA-SER copolymers by using nitric acid. As a result of nitrolysis reaction, amine side groups were formed on the copolymers at different mole ratios. Copolymers of PLA-SERAm with different mole ratios, (5,10,15,20,25 and 50% serine-NH2 repeating unit by mole), were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS studies.
