Halka Açılım Metatez Polimerizasyonu (Romp) Uygulamaları İçin Aktivitesi Kontrol Edilebilen Ruthenium Bazlı Katalitik Sistemlerin Geliştirilmesi
Abstract
Olefin Metathesis is an efficient and useful synthetic method for novel carbon-carbon bond forming reactions, catalyzed by transition metal complexes. Self-Metathesis (SM), Cross-Metathesis (CM), Ring-Closing Metathesis (RCM) and Ring Opening Metathesis Polymerization (ROMP) is the most frequently used metathesis reactions in literature. Ring-Opening Metathesis Polymerization (ROMP) can proceed the polymerization of strained cyclic olefins in a controlled manner. Polymer, which are obtained as a result of ROMP reactions have advance structural properties, as well as functional group number and variety allow these polymer to be used in technological applications. In this study, a novel ruthenium alkylidene/alkyne binary system which was not yet reported in literature was developed and the catalytic activity of the system was tested on ROMP reactions.
