Bilirubin Uzaklaştırması İçin Phema Krıyojellerin Hazırlanması
Özet
In this study, HSA-immobilized PHEMA cryogels were prepared to remove bilirubin from human hyperbilirubinemi plasma. PHEMA cryogels were synthesized by free radical polymerization method. Cryogels were characterized by swelling tests, BET and SEM analysis and blood compatibility tests. The equilibrium swelling value and porosity were determined as 7.86 g H2O g cryogel and 69.6%, respectively. The specific surface area determined by BET was 27.2 m2 g and the avarage pore diameter was 68.2 Å. The optimum CNBr concentration for activation of cryogels was determined as 60 mg mL. The effect of pH, flow rate, incubation time, and HSA concentration on HSA immobilization was examined. The maximum HSA immobilization was achieved at pH 7 for 1.0 mg mL HSA concentration when the flow rate and incubation time were 0.75 mL min and 30 min.
