Bilirubin Tayini İçin Moleküler Baskılanmış Sensörlerin Hazırlanması
Özet
The aim of this study is preparation of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor for the detection of bilirubin from hyperbilirubinemic human serum and bilirubin solution. QCM biosensor was prepared by attachment of bilirubin imprinted poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-N-metacryloyl tryptophan methyl ester) (PHEMATrp) nanofilm on the gold surface of QCM sensor. In the first step, functional monomer MATrp was synthesized by the reaction of tryptophan methylester and metacryloyl chloride and characterized with FTIR. Then, bilirubin was pre-complexed with MATrp and bilirubin-imprinted poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate-N-metacryloyl tryptophan (PHEMATrp) (MIP) nanofilms were producted by fotopolimerization. Non-imprinted PHEMATrp (NIP) nanofilms were synthesized by the same experimental procedure without bilirubin. A small amount of bilirubin imprinted polimer were dropped on the gold surface and then was allowed polimerization 20 minute with UV lamb.
