In this study family Cerambycidae (Coleoptera) was examined and from this family, 84 species belonging to 4 subfamily, 20 tribe and 38 genus were identified. General morphology of these species described and systematically important male genitalia and female spermatheca were drawn. The characters of genital structures were discussed on the level of species and other categories. Ecological and zoogeographycal findings of these species were discussed, their distribution maps were prepared, their synonyms and distributions in Turkey and World were given.
