Benzoksazol Türevi 12 Bileşiğin Salmonella Typhimirium TA98 TA100 Suşları Üzerinde Mutajenik Aktiviteleri

Abstract

In this study, the mutagenic potentials of 12 benzoxazole derivatives, thougt tohave chemotheropatic effect, were investigated by Ames test system which wasone of short time bacterial mutagenicity test systems.Daunomicina (6 μg plate) was used as a positive control for S. typhimurium TA98and sodium azide (1,5 μg plate) was used for S. typhimurium TA100. S.typhimurium TA98 (hisD3052, rfa, uvrB, pkm101) strain was used to detectframeshift mutagens and S. typhimurium TA100 (hisG46, rfa, uvrB, pkm101) wasused to detect base-pair substitution mutagens.Statistical differences of the data were tested by one way ANOVA in SPSS. Inconclusion, 11 coded compound showed mutagenic effect in the doses of 50, 100,200 μg plate and 13 coded compound showed mutagenic effect in the doses of100, 200 μg plate doses for S. typhimurium TA98 (p 0,05).
