This research was carried out to determine the Rotifera species of Acı Lake Kozanlı Saz and Meke Lakes which were different ecological characters in the Central Anatolia. For this aim, the samples were collected monthly between Mey2010-April 2011Physico-chemical parameters of the lakes which includes temperature, electrical conductivity, salinity, dissolved oxygen and pH, were measured during the field studies using by protable devices.As a result of the study totally 22 rotifera species were determined belongs to 12 genera. Among the species Brachionus quadridentatus and the species which are belongs to Brachionidae were common species during the year.As a result of Species richness values the highes diversity were in spring and the summer time in the Acı lake, while the lowest values were in the winter period in Meke lake as.
