Yağ Dokusu Kökenli Mezenşimal Kök Hücrelerinin Farklı Pasajlarda Karakterizasyonu
Abstract
Adipose tissue represents an attractive and abundant stem cell source for both cellular therapy and regenerative medicine. It is clear that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have significant therapeutic potential because of their ability to secrete various molecules, which are important for their adhesion, migration and homing to the site of injury. MSC can be isolated from subcutaneous adipose tissue by primary explant culture method, can be easily expanded in vitro. MSCs express many of surface molecules that define their immunophenotype. In this study, MSCs were characterized in 10 different passages for five surface antigens including CD13, CD29, CD54, CD90 and CD34 by using immunofluorescence staining method. MSCs were isolated by primary explant culture method from Wistar albino rats, and cultured under standard culture conditions. In the culture medium cells showed plastic adherent properties, and exhibited fibroblastic morphologies in all of 10 different passages.
