Lise Modern Fizik Konularının İki Farklı Öğretim Programına Göre Öğrenilme Durumlarının Karşılaştırılması
Özet
In the present study, the effects of teaching modern physics subjects with two different physics course books on students achievement, problem solving skills and attitudes were investigated. One of these books was written based on 2011 physics curriculum put into effect in 2005 as a result of educational reconstruction efforts and the other one was written based on the former curriculum followed prior to 2005. Moreover, the suitability of the modern physics sections of the course books used in the study for the curriculums was also evaluated and differences were sought between the two course books in terms of their didactic and evaluation and assessment characteristics. Within the context of the study, modern physics achievement test, problem solving inventory and scale of attitudes towards the course of physics were administered to 11th graders subject to the 2011 physics curriculum and 12th graders subject to the former curriculum.
