Çocukların Çizdiği Hayvan Resimlerinden Aile İlişkilerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

The study group consists of a number of 316 4-5-6 year old children attending public and private preschool and primary school first grade in the city of Ankara.Whether the children‟s drawings show difference according to sex, age, school type, parents‟ educational status and occupation, the number of members and children in the family, relations with the parents were investigated in the study. During data gathering process families were requested to fill in the form Family Data Form prepared by the researcher whereas children were asked to draw their families as animal families.At the end of the study it has been found that according to chi square analysis; there has been a meaningful difference in the most drawn animals according to sex, school type, age group and parents‟ educational status whereas a meaningful difference has not been found according to parents‟ occupation, number of members and children in the family and relations with the parents.
