Abstract
Theory of attachment is interested in the individuals from the point of interpersonalrelationships. Recently, although there are many studies on the theory ofattachment, the number of the studies especially on the field of education is verylow. In the present study, adult attachment dimensions (anxiety and avoidance)are used to research the characteristics of the mothers and teachers in preschool.The aim of the study is to analyze the relationship between teacher perceptions offamily relationships and cooperation and attachments levels and classmanagement profiles of preschool teachers. In addition, it is also aimed to analyzerelationship between mother attachment dimensions of the children at the ages of4-5 in the classes, child care methods and teacher perceptions of familyrelationships and cooperation.
