Serebral Palsili Çocukların Fonksiyonel Durumları ile Aktivite ve Katılım Düzeyleri Arasındaki Ilişkinin Incelenmesi

The aim of our study was to investigate the effects of functional status on the activity, participation and quality of life of cerebral palsied children. 100 children with CP was included in the study. 20 children for each functional level according to the GMFCS included in the study and children were assessed for activity and participation (ICF-CY), manual abilities (MACS), communication function (CFCS) and health related quality of life (CHQ-PF50). Significant difference was found between functional levels in activity, participation and health quality test results (p<0.05).Correlation was found between activity and participation levels and health related quality of life scores (p<0,05). It was observed that ICF-CY developmental code scores could be effective on the serebral palsied children. Finally, it was observed that the use of ICF-CY version in clinics for detailed evaluation of serebral palsied children could be beneficial.
