TRT Çocuk Kanalında Yayınlanan Okulöncesi Yaş Grubu Çocuklarına Yönelik Çizgi Dizilerin Çocuk Hakları Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

The Investigation of the Preschool Children s Cartoons which are published at the TRT Çocuk Channel Related to Children s Rights. Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences Ms.A. Thesis in Child Development and Education, Ankara, 2014.This study aims at analysing the preschool cartoons put forth on TRT Çocuk Channel in terms of children s rights. The data set of the study was composed of approximately 45 minutes of broadcasts of 7 of 8 preschool cartoons put forth on TRT Çocuk Channel. One of the cartoons was excluded since it did not have verbal content. The study was conducted in qualitative design. The data was analysed by content analysis. The positive use of children s rights were included more than the negative use. Also respectively survival rights, developmental rights, participation rights and protection rights were given place on cartoons.
