Obsesif Kompulsif Bozukluk ve Depresyon Tanısı Alan Kişilerde Duygu Düzenleme Süreçlerinin Gross'un Süreç Modeline Göre İncelenmesi
Abstract
In this study Gross s process model of emotion regulation is used as a framework to identify emotion regulation strategies used frequently by patients with diagnoses of OCD and Depression. In the first pilot study psychometric properties of Berkeley Expressivity Questionaire (BEQ) in Turkish was examined on 213 people (54% women) and the results revealed that BEQ Turkish form was valid and reliable tool. The second pilot study was conducted in two stages, at the first stage to induce disgust, anger, shame sadness and happiness, scenarios were composed depending on the reports of 180 people (56% women). At the second stage effectiveness of scenarios were tested on 93 people (57% women), results revealed that scenarios could be used to elicit targeted emotions in our sample.
