Abstract

In recent years, improving both technology and information availability in any area is getting easier day by day. Classical encryption methods have to face the threat of quantum computers. Therefore, a new cryptographic understanding, problems, and methods are needed.Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) is thought to fulfill this need. In our research, we provide information about intentions of cryptography and post quantum cryptography, techniques and future prospective problems. Our aim in this and upcoming studies will provide procedure that will be used in Code Based Cryptography with Toric Codes.
