Environmental feminism (ecofeminism) which describes the devastation of environment and female in common ground, covers all the bases of environment and woman in historical, cultural and traditional aspects. The woman has been identified as the second kind, half-man, evaluated with their characteristics and debarred from many areas throughout history. On the other hand, nature has turned into a resource exploited by humans. This relationship between environment and woman unites the feminism and environmentalism. Environmentalist feminists who deal with women and nature in terms of cultural, social and biological aspects have explained the relationship between women and nature through features such as fertility, growth, and protection. Women's approach to the women and the environment has an environmentalist feminist sensitivity. In this direction, the works of women writers after 1980 are discussed in this thesis. Buket Uzuner, Sema Kaygusuz, Latife Tekin, Feyza Hepçilingirler and Ayla Kutlu, who are among the writers who produced Works after 1980, have dealt with the issues emphasized on environmental feminism. Buket Uzuner‟s Su (2012), Toprak (2015), Hava(2018); Sema Kaygusuz‟s Yüzünde Bire Yer (2009); Latife Tekin‟s Muinar (2006) Feyza Hepçilingirler‟s Tanrıkadın (2002); Ayla Kutlu‟s Kadın Destanı (1994) bears the traces of ecofeminism. Based on the idea of the extent to which environmental feminism is studied in the works of the authors mentioned in our study, and which points are focused on more, these works focus on the relationship between woman and environment.
