Askeri Araç Ön Far Sistemi Opto-Mekanik Tasarım Ve Analizi
Özet
In this thesis, it is aimed to opto-mechanical design of a military vehicle headlight
system that provides illumination with high efficiency solid-state leds and perform
thermal and structural analysis with finite element method.
The body of the opto-mechanical system is designed to keep the led junction
temperature at optimum level with the help of the thermal analysis according to the
lighting pattern specified in the regulations. Equivalent stresses are obtained by
structural analysis to control the connection interface between the system
assembly and the vehicle. Modal and random vibration analysis were performed to
observe the effects of the high vibration profile that the system would be exposed
to. As a result of the analysis, a prototype has been manufactured for the
optimised model and tests were performed to compare with the analysis results.
