Yangın Olaylarında Bazı Taksonların Polen Morfolojilerindeki Değişikliklerin Saptanması
Özet
Fire is a chemical reaction that causes some physical effects in where it starts and
close environments. Therefore fire investigators should know enough information
about physical and chemical properties of some materials. Likewise, that is important
for understanding reactions happen in which order and how due to the fact that fire
includes so many chemical reactions at the same time. Altough fire has a complicated
structure, it actually depends on a few simple reactions. These reactions occur
depending on oxidation of Carbon, Hydrogen, Sulfur and Nitrogen and features of
fuels ignition products.
In this study, pollen morphology changes, have different exine stratifications,
determined related by fire duration and intensity. For this purpose, due to tectum
structure, studies were conducted for taxa of Betula pendula, Acer negundo and
Pinus nigra which have tectate pollens, Populus nigra has semitectate pollens and
Cucurbita pepo has intectate pollens. Pollens of these chosen taxa have been burned
into crematorium from 100° C to 500° C temperature, for 100° C ranges, during 1, 3, 5,
10, 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. Chages on pollen morphology related to duration
and temperature have been determined and microphotographed with light
microscope.
