Mecmua-i Resâil ve Şeyh Süleyman Efendi Nakşibendî – Köstendil
Özet
Şeyh Süleyman Efendi Nakşibendî-Köstendilli was born in 1163 (AD 1750) in Köstendil, which is located today within the borders of Bulgaria. One of the greatest representatives of the Naqshbandi Tarikat in Rumeli, during the end of XVIII. century and the begining of XIX. century was a Sufi and writer who lived in the Balkans. Süleyman Efendi continued his mystical discipline as a member of the Naqshî order until his death and shared his knowledge with his followers and produced works for the future generations. Süleyman Şeyhî was not only a shaykh, but has also wrote works that contain mystical thoughts, feelings and knowledge. It is noteworthy that Süleyman Şeyhî accepts the idea of wahdat-i wujûd although he was a sheikh in to the order of Naqshbendi. Süleyman Şeyhî, who left us many valuable and importal works, made a great contribution to the Sufi world in the Balkans.
In this thesis, is transcribed the manuscripts of Şeyhi that found in "Sv. Kliment Ohridski Public and University Library" OMCT II/ 573 in Skopje, Macedonia. The number of Talik manuscripts that we examined is 138 and carries the heading "Mecmua-i Resâil". The Talik manuscript cousist four parts . In our thesis we transcribed the manuscript and we tried to convey the text accuaretly and understandably.
